DENTON, TEXAS

Evolving Texas’ services were procured by Retail Plazas, Inc. to provide Civil Construction Drawings and Entitlements for the Movie Tavern Renovation and Expansion  in Denton, Texas. 

 

This was an approximate 17-acre site.  Evolving was engaged to perform the Civil Design, Landscaping, Platting and Zoning. The Construction Drawings included paving, grading, drainage and utilities.

 

Evolving Texas also assisted with franchise coordination, permitting and Construction Administration of this project.
