Cesar brings a diverse background in both creative and technical fields. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Sustainable Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and a passion for sustainability. Cesar's commitment to serving municipal clients in North Texas since graduation has provided him with invaluable experience as he develops as an Engineer in Training. With a portfolio spanning various projects including municipal arterial redesign, residential street redesign and rehabilitation, TXDOT mill and overlay projects, and site development,
Cesar thrives on collaborating with his team and clients alike. He believes that successful outcomes are achieved through a cooperative and inclusive approach. Cesar aspires to grow into a highly skilled professional and make a lasting impact at Evolving Texas.
In addition to his engineering pursuits, Cesar nurtured his creative talents in the film and video industry. He holds an A.A.S. in Radio and Television Broadcasting from TCC, which provided him with a unique perspective on storytelling and visual communication. Prior to his engineering career, he served as a Senior Video Editor at 1820 Productions, working with prominent clients such as Mary Kay, the City of Dallas, Balfour Beatty, DART, and Parkland Foundation.
When not occupied with his professional pursuits, Cesar embraces his passion for skateboarding, channels his inner handyman through various home improvement projects, and cherishes quality moments with his wife.
