Evolving Texas proudly welcomes Ron Ramirez, P.E. as its new President, boasting over 36 years of experience in Civil Engineering. Ron, a licensed professional engineer in Texas and New Mexico, has excelled in various leadership roles in both public and private sectors, particularly in project management.

Ron's career commenced with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he developed foundational skills in project management and team leadership. His 18-year tenure at Wier & Associates, Inc. showcased his expertise, overseeing projects ranging from commercial developments to residential subdivisions. Additionally, Ron's experience with an international development firm involved managing land acquisition and entitlement, along with coordinating construction activities across North Texas and Canada.

Recognized for his adeptness in project management, Ron guides teams in flood control, infrastructure, and residential projects. Outside of his professional life, Ron is also a passionate musician and golfer, finding joy in sharing his melodic compositions on stage and perfecting his swing on the golf course. Ron is currently authoring a book on project management, underscoring his commitment to knowledge sharing within the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
