Cody Woodruff

Cody takes on all challenges head first and has proven to be an excellent addition to the Evolving team. He assists in the design of all civil engineering projects, drafting and research. On most projects, however, Cody is steadfast in communicating with government agency representatives and utility companies that can often slow momentum. Needless to say, Cody’s willingness to go above and beyond to meet client goals is a fundamental part of what sets Evolving apart.
